The anvil at the heart of the mountain is empty. Tell us what you have now and what it should do instead — that is the whole brief we need to start.
What to send us
Written badly is fine. Written short is fine. Four things make a first reply useful instead of a request for more information:
- What happens today — the manual step, the spreadsheet, the process that breaks.
- What it should do instead, in your own words.
- The shape of the data or the system it touches, if there is one.
- When it matters — a date, or the fact that there isn't one.
Do not send us confidential files or credentials in this form. If a project needs them, we will agree how to move them properly first.
Write to us
What happens next
A person reads it — not an automated reply and not a queue. You get an acknowledgement immediately confirming what arrived, and a real answer from us normally within two working days. If it is not something we should build, we say so plainly and, where we can, say who should.
